A Family Legacy

You might be wondering why we (my wife Kelsey and I) decided to name “Mikes” Heating and Air Conditioning after a man named Mike when the owner/operator (That’s Me) is Connor Foster.

I was hired by Mike eleven years ago as a technician. Throughout those eleven years, with more than 50 years of experience under his belt, Mike mentored me. He not only taught me the ins and outs of the trade, but demonstrated the importance of integrity, honesty and selflessness over the importance of your bottom line.

Three years into working for Mike, I asked him if I could get to know his daughter (Kelsey) better and 9 months later, we got married. I tell you this to illustrate the kind of business Mikes Heating and Air Conditioning is.

We are a family business. We are not interested in growing into a big elaborate company where integrity and quality craftsmanship are easily overlooked.
